Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Pre-order items are fulfilled based on the estimated shipping dates listed on each product page.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days.

Domestic Shipping (USA):

We offer standard shipping (3–7 business days) via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide. International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on your location and customs processing time.

Buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees incurred.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Atighetchi is not liable for lost or stolen packages once tracking has been marked as “Delivered.” Please contact the shipping carrier directly in such cases.
